I follow my heart even when it doesn’t make logical sense to others around me and even when I cannot see what lays before me. This requires a great deal of faith and trust. However, I’ve learned that this is also what has gotten me to this point in life. Intuition plays a large role in my life and those around me. It is also a component that is woven into my Reiki. Reiki is the healing that everyone needs, not everyone knows about, but all can benefit from. When our energy centers (Chakras) are all clear we feel better, perform better and are more connected to our own intuition. How can you follow your own heart and inner GPS today?
My business name comes from a nickname my sister called me all while growing up, Sparkle. Others often refer to me as a beam of light, ray of light, or light filled. I wanted to incorporate that into the name while establishing a Reiki business, so Spark of Light was born.

My Education/history
My soul loves to learn. In everything that I have done in life, I listen to the inner calling. Teaching has always been a part of my life, it feels very natural to me. What I teach has changed over the years, but three things have always remained; teaching, creativity, & healing. Healing takes many different forms, which appears differently to the eyes. Some healing is physical, like the care doctors and nurses give the physical body. Other healers are energetic healers, like Reiki. But, there is also a healing that takes place with just the right words, or information someone needs at the exact moment in time, maybe it’s the right book to read, or quote, object given, or the physical act of listening. My family are physical healers, while I feel an energetic/ intuitive need to assist with healing.
